I am trying to watch dish anywhere dish network on my computer running windows I can't get it to go into full screen mode after selecting the full screen button. It flashes full screen and then goes back to a full screen for the application, but a picture with black on the sides and on top and bottom. I contacted Dish Network and they said they can't figure it out and I should contact the manufacturer of the computer.
It has nothing to do with the computer, it seems to only be in Windows 10 devices. All three of my laptops experience the same problem regardless of what internet browser I am using, and my android devices are able to get it in full screen no problem. Is there anything that can be done? This thread is locked.

The tech I talked to at Dish was unaware of any problems that he could find on his system. When you do this, you better have a good power supply handy. Firefox was working but some change made within the last week made it unusable. I normally get up early and turn on Fox News but have been unable to do it starting last week.

Windows10 is not going to work with Dish online until one or the two makes it compatible-running into all kinds of ugliness with WinHope it improves shortly.
